[m2e-dev] m2e 1.6, participation in Mars

My priorities and personal interests have changed and I am no longer
able to perform m2e release management duties. This means
that unless another m2e committer comes forward to take over these
duties, there will be no official m2e 1.6 release and m2e will
contribute the same 1.5 build to Mars as we did in Luna.

I also plan to promote m2e milestone builds as the main mechanism to
deliver m2e to the users. This way we'll be able to give users latest
and greatest m2e more frequently.
