[m2e-dev] mailing list archives require auth?

I am pretty sure I was able to browse m2e-dev archive and reference
archived posts without need to login. Why has this been changed? I can't
speak for other projects, but I would like anonymous users to be able to
browse, search and follow links to individual posts in m2e-dev and
m2e-user mailing lists archives.
