[m2e-dev] fyi, auto-close of stale bugs and enhancement requests

As you probably know, I've been manually closing bugs and enhancement
requests that had not had any activity for 12+ months. With the help
from Denis Roy, one of Eclipse webmasters, this will happen
automatically now. If you need to keep a bug open for whatever reason,
just assign it to yourself and it will not be auto-closed (at least this
is what I understood from [1]).
