It's http://git.eclipse.org/c/m2e/m2e-core.git/ (see https://docs.sonatype.org/display/M2ECLIPSE/Developer+Guide)
There's also a github mirror at https://github.com/eclipse/m2e-core but AFAIK, the Dev team doesn't use it.

I've an old checkout of m2eclipse from
https://github.com/sonatype/m2eclipse-core.git but since the move to
eclipse it seems that repo is now no longer public.

Anyone know where the source repo is for stuff before 0.13.x?
