[m2e-dev] JIRA not up-to-date

Hi,

In M2ECLIPSE JIRA [1] I see the following:
- v. 0.11.0 still open and some task planned.
- v. 1.0.0.beta1 has 5 fixed bugs
- v. m2e next has 6 fixed bugs

1)      Has v0.11.0 ever been release?
2)      Which of these fixed bugs have been included in the staged 0.12.0 version?
3)      Where can I found instructions about installing the staged 0.12.0 version and then adding the extensions (wtp, scm) and the extras (svn)?
