[lyo-dev] Commit rights for Michael Fiedler have been expired

Michael Fiedler has expired the commit rights for Michael Fiedler
(mfiedler).  The reason for this change is:

Michael Fiedler is retiring as project lead and committer for Eclipse Lyo. 
 I haven't been actively involved for quite a while and the project is
currently in very good hands.   Best wishes to Eclipse Lyo going forward.

To honor Michael's contributions to the project, Michael Fiedler has
nominated Michael for Committer Emeritus status.
