Congrats Jim! Take care of my baby.

Please welcome Jim Amsden as a new project lead for Lyo. Jim has recently been working closely with other new Lyo committers to put out the first release of Lyo in quite a while. We look forward to his ongoing
contributions and leadership as the project continues to move forward.
Also, please wish farewell to former and soon-to-be former project leads Steve Speicher and Sam Padgett. Steve created the original project proposal for Lyo in 2011 and shepherded the project through its creation
and early growing pains and later became a major contributor to the code base in several areas. Sam became a project lead in 2013. In addition to his own extensive code contributions across all components of Lyo, Sam greatly improved the project build/CI/release
infrastructure. Thanks, Steve and Sam.
Regards,
Mike
