[lyo-dev] Project Lead election for Jim Amsden on Lyo

A project lead election for Jim Amsden on project Lyo (technology.lyo) was
started by Michael Fiedler with this criteria:
The active committers of Eclipse Lyo would like to nominate Jim Amsden
(jamsden@xxxxxxxxxx) as a new project lead for Lyo.
Over the past 9 months Jim has become increasingly active on Lyo and is now
interested in sparking new development in several areas. He was made a
committer in January and since then
he has recently been working closely with other new Lyo committers to put out
the first release of Lyo in quite a while. This renewed activity and
interest in Lyo is something
that Jim is interested in fostering. He understands the role and
responsibilities of Eclipse project leads and is willing to take on the
challenge.
