This appears to be a bug in DOORS NG. I believe it's been fixed in the latest dev release.

i had the same problem, too.
The problem is that the Query Capability URL has, with Jazz 6.0.2, the configuration url appended.

Just remove the appended configuration url parameter (vvc.configuration="https://jazz:9443/cm/124234") before you pass this URL to the OslcQuery object instantiation.
