[lyo-dev] Updated OSLC tutorial using OSLC4JBugzilla

The "Integrating Products with OSLC" tutorial [1] has recently been updated to show examples of implementing and integrating with OSLC providers using OSLC4J.   It is similar to the OSLC workshop [2] and uses OSLC4JBugzilla as its basis.
