[lyo-dev] Automation sample updates

The Automation sample (in the RIO repository) has been updated with two main changes

1) refactored dir structure to use standard Maven paths. I am considering updating the other OSLC4J samples to use standard Maven paths instead of the Eclipse-style paths they use now. Any opinions?

If you have previously loaded the Automation projects, you might want to remove/re-add them after pulling the latest changes from Eclipse for the RIO repository.

2) Added delegated selection and creation UIs and an HTML representation for collections. Next step will be to add compact (hover) representations.
