Just a quick update in this:
I ran the git clone command from the windows command prompt. It fails during the creation of a directory called Lyo::OSLC in the org.eclipse.lyo.client.perl eclipse project. A dirctory name containing : is not valid on Windows.

This propably explains our problems with cloning the repo.

Hi,

I just tryed the git clone operation from my home pc. Same result.
Cannot delete pack file.

Can the problem be OS dependant? All workstation tryed runs Windows (XP and 7). And
cloning done using the egit plugin.

The strange thing is that I did clone the repo last friday with no problem. But that was before the perl client contribition.

http://git.eclipse.org/gitroot/lyo/org.eclipse.lyo.client.git and it
worked ok.

You can always find URLs for Lyo Git repos (any Eclipse repos, actually) here:
