Lyo is now using the Eclipse Gerrit review tool to accept contributions. The experience for contributors and committers is much improved.

To go along with this, we've started a contributor's guide [1] with some dev environment setup tips and procedures to follow for submitting contributions, whether fixes or new code.

Any comments or suggestions on improving the page are welcome.
