Hi, The rootservices and OAuth protocols which RTC uses are outside the scope of OSLC itself. They are requirements beyond OSLC needed to integrate with RTC.
Take a look at the bugzilla example in org.eclipse.lyo.server.git repository. It is able to perform the rootservices and OAuth services RTC requires.

I'm working on integration of a web application with Rational Team Concert
where the web application will act as OSLC consumer and Rational Team
Concert as OSLC provider. I want to use OSLC sdk to accomplish this. I'm
not able to find authentication mechanism (OAuth) as per consumer
perspective. It would be great if I can get some sample to do that.
