[lyo-dev] Vote for Committer status for Michael Fiedler was started by Steve Speicher

technology.lyo Committers,
This automatically generated message signals that Steve Speicher has
nominated Michael Fiedler as a Committer on the technology.lyo project. The
reason given is as follows:

I'd like to nominate Michael Fiedler as Lyo committer. Michael has been
the most active member of Lyo to date. He has been instrumental in getting
Lyo off the ground, code contributed, website current and wiki updated with
instructions. He has helped the current committers with onboarding by
providing guidance on process and tools. He prepared and quickly and
thoroughly handled some issues that needed to be addressed in the CQ/IP
review. He has also contributed a number of patches that has gotten both
our reference implementations and test suite into great shape to help guide
implementations and future work. He has also been key in pulling together
plans for a release of Lyo components. His commitment to Lyo has been
confirmed by IBM management, so we can be assured that he can continue to
be a key contributor to the successful delivery of Lyo.

If there are any questions regarding this nomination, please feel free to
contact me.

Thanks,
Steve Speicher

The vote is being held via the MyFoundation portal: voters *must* use the
portal for the votes to be properly recorded. The voting will continue
until either all 6 existing Committers have voted or until they have been
given enough time to vote, even if they do not do so (defined as at least
one week). Michael Fiedler must receive at least three +1s and no -1s for a
successful election.

Eligible Committers must cast their votes through their My Foundation
portal page (do NOT just reply to this email; your vote will not be
correctly recorded unless you use the portal):

    http://portal.eclipse.org/

The project Committers eligible to vote are:

    Olivier Berger
    Jim Conallen
    Rob Elves
    Alberto Giammaria
    Steve Speicher
    Sofia Yeung

*NOTE*: Successful elections are left open for a maximum of 120 days to
allow for processing of paperwork. After that time the election will be
expired, regardless of its current status. Should papework processing on
the part of the candidate take more time than allowed, a new election will
have to be held.

If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact your project
lead, PMC member, or the EMO <emo@xxxxxxxxxxx>
