Hi Everyone,

I'd like to make a change to the LTS Central Hudson instance to make it
so that you will need to use your email address instead of your uid as
it is today to login. This change is to make it so logins are more
consistent with other services like Gerrit and the Hudson instance per
project which also use email as the username.

If there's no objections I'd like to go ahead and implement this change
next Friday June 28th, 2013.
