[lts-iwg] List of IWG chair duties

Hi Everyone,

I put a wiki page together with a short list of proposed chair duties:

Today Pat Huff & Jochen Krause, your co-chairs for the LTS IWG,  met 
with Mike & I to discuss the list and make sure the duties are ones they 
can sign up for.

I'd like to invite the wider team to participate by contributing to the 
wiki page or discussion on this mailing list. If you have thoughts, 
feedback, suggestions, please share them here.
