[location-iwg] Rescheduling today's Cesium demo

Hi Everyone,

We needed to postpone today's Cesium demo. It wasn't right to ask Matt 
to demo while dealing with the hurricane. Plus we weren't sure what the 
situation would be with power/internet so this made sense to reschedule 
until November 13th.

Also, next week on November 6th, Tim Schaub will be speaking about 
OpenLayers 3. This promises to be another very interesting talk.
