Everything was done using "Move selected to archive.eclipse.org" . There were multiple issues with the scripts so I guess some of them screwed it https://gitlab.eclipse.org/eclipsefdn/helpdesk/-/issues/754 . I really can't help more with that right now.

** CDT 9.11 branch - the previous major release branch that many integrators are using. CDT itself only stopped verifying this branch in Nov 2021 -https://ci.eclipse.org/cdt/view/Main%20(old%20releases)/job/cdt-9.11/

- https://archive.eclipse.org/linuxtools/update-docker-5.2.0/ (same as 5.0.0)
