CDT currently uses http://download.eclipse.org/linuxtools/updates-docker-nightly/ I assume there is a new URL to use for CDT 9.6.0 that I am about to branch?

I have bumped up master to 7.2.0 and created a separate build job: linuxtools-7.1 on Jenkins that uses the stable-7.1 branch.
