I can only assume you want the zipped p2 repos with their md5 sums:

For Oxgyen.0:

http://download.eclipse.org/linuxtools/linuxtools-6.0.0.zip

http://download.eclipse.org/linuxtools/linuxtools-6.0.0.zip.md5

and

http://download.eclipse.org/linuxtools/linuxtools-docker-3.0.0.zip

http://download.eclipse.org/linuxtools/linuxtools-docker-3.0.0.zip.md5

You can find the other Oxygen.x zips by changing the release numbers for the zip references based on my previous note.

   3.1.1 - Oxygen.1 Docker Tooling

   3.2.0 - Oxygen.2 Docker Tooling
