[linuxtools-dev] Add a preference for profiling tools

Hello,

It should be interesting for windows users to be able to set the path and the filename of gcov.exe and gprof.exe into the preferences. Instead of add the tools path to the path.

Gcov can be prefixed by arm-xxxxx-gcov also.
