Thread-topic: Restarting Linux Tools Hudson

I have restarted Linux Tools Hudson because we were missing support needed to write our nightly builds to download.eclipse.org and this would be activated upon restart of our HIPP instance.

I tried to wait until there were no jobs but the queue kept getting bigger so I opted to restart.  Sorry for any inconvenience.
