[linuxtools-dev] Install linux tools plugin on Windows platform

Hi,

 

We want to use the valgrind tools on remote target and use the parser/view to show the result. Currently the tools are only allowed to be installed on linux / mac platform? Can we have that limitation removed so I can install it on Windows platform as well?
