[linuxtools-dev] Commit rights for Alphonse Van Assche have been expired

Andrew Overholt has expired the commit rights for Alphonse Van Assche
(avanassc).  The reason for this change is:

The Linux Tools project thanks Alphonse for his excellent work.  He was
active in the project's early days and wrote some critical functionality
for the RPM .spec editor.  More recently, Alphonse has written some
interesting p2 functions to let Linux distributions keep abreast of new
versions of projects.

Now busy with other things in life, Alphonse is unable to stay active with
Linux Tools.  We wish him continued success in all his ventures and hope to
see him around Eclipse circles in the future :)
