The CDT build has been fixed and TCF is available again. I was able to access TCF from the CDT build.

The Linux Tools build should be fine again. I won't be able to test the Linux Tools build (proxy problems). Could you try it, please? Please let me know about the results!

oddness in the CDT's update site (specifically its inclusion of TCF).
