[linuxtools-dev] Adding linuxtools to epp-parallel package for PTP

Greetings. For Indigo, the Parallel Tools Platform Project (PTP) has a package,
"Eclipse IDE for Parallel Application Developers"
Our M6 build is available at: http://eclipse.org/downloads/packages/release/indigo/m6
It includes CDT, core parts of PTP, RSE, and soon jGit and jaxp, etc...

Many of our uses are on Linux, but not all.
We would like to add the LinuxTools arsenal to our build but since it's dependent on OS, it won't build
on all platforms, and that seems to be how the EPP projects are built. See:
https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=331589#attach_191171

Do you have any advice for including LinuxTools? I don't expect all users to USE it, but
having it already bundled is a tremendous help.

Thanks.
