[linuxtools-dev] Missing icons re-added

Hi,

Elliott pointed out some missing image files in the git repository.  I
copied them over and ensured that the authors and original timestamps
were correct.

A few of the other files that are different between SVN and git are
empty directories.  Git doesn't track empty directories so if you'd like
a directory to exist, please put a .gitignore into it with the following
contents:

*
!.gitignore
