[linux-distros-dev] Commit rights for Michael Koch have been expired

Andrew Overholt has expired the commit rights for Michael Koch (mkoch). 
The reason for this change is:

Michael was originally made a committer due to his work on Debian packaging
of Eclipse.  We value his input on all things related to packaging.  We
thank him for his help getting the project started and are more than
willing to welcome him back as a committer should he find the time.  Thank
you, Michael.
