Thanks!  I think this fits very well into our project goals and welcome
the addition.  Opening a bug and attaching the source code as a zip is
the best way to get the process started.  I'll then open the legal
contribution questionnaire (CQ) with the Eclipse Foundation legal staff
who will do a first pass checking acceptability from their point of
view.  Once that's done, we'll be able to check it and begin working in
the repository at eclipse.org.  The legal team will do some more
thorough analysis of the code.  This process of checking in the code
while the thorough review is being done is known as the parallel IP
process.  This is largely just for your information, as I will help with
any process questions as we go along.
