Hi,

We should probably have a release procedure.  My thoughts are basically:

- we'll always have a nightly update site building from trunk
- we'll always have a released update site with the latest stable build
- we'll have temporary testing update sites when we're working towards a
  release
- we should branch when we're getting close to a release
- trunk should always have the latest unless something is branch-specific
- when we're satisfied that the latest build on a branch is good, we
  should tag that branch and also replace ".qualifier" with an actual
  tag and update the map file for that release (tagging it as well)

Sound okay?  Am I missing anything?
