[linux-distros-dev] New committers: at least 1 per distro

Hi,

As per our IRC meeting today [1], we've decided that we'd like at least
one committer per distro for the packaging stuff.

These are the names I'd like to put forward for committer status:

Debian/Ubuntu:

Michael Koch <konqueror@xxxxxx>

Gentoo:

Joshua Nichols <nichoj@xxxxxxxxxx>

SUSE:
