I only see two of the three committers as having voted. The official committers on the Linux Distros project are:
  • Andrew Overholt [his vote]
  • Benjamin Konrath [his vote]
  • Keith Seitz [no vote seen]
The Technology PMC charter [1] requires at least three +1s for a vote to succeed unless there are fewer than three committers. Since there are three committers, we need Keith to vote +1 on the public mailing list for this vote to succeed; or for you to explain why Keith is no longer an active committer on the project.

It looks like only mine and Ben's votes have shown up in the archive so
far (as of 2:10 PM EST), but we've had 3 positive ones.
