[libra-dev] OSGi Framework Support Committed

Libra developers,

We have committed the initial version of the osgi frameworks support to git.  However, due to our lack of  GITpertise, there is a new branch called eteration-master on the git repo.  Either we will get some help from Kaloyan or do some git-reading and figure hpw to merge them into the master branch.
