Kura 4.1.0 RC3 is now available for QA testing [1].
The docker image is available as well [2].
Changes:
• Fixed paho websockets issue including a patched version of paho. (#2413)
• Fixed issues for Kura on Intel UP2 Ubuntu (#2416)
• Implemented wifi capability probing using iw (#2419)

The docker RC1 build is available in docker hub as well [3].
