Marc Dutoo has declared that Alain Boulze (aboulze) is an active committer
on this project.  The reason for this declaration is:

Alain is currently renewing his ties with Eclipse SOA, after having
transitioned from INRIA to its own spinoff. Currently integrating JWT (and
SCA & BPMN editors) within the EasySOA project.
