What do you mean "point out", do you want a dialog box where you can
choose an element of the ontology, or do you want a path-like id for it,
or ... ?

The thing is I'm really new with the semantic annotation thing, but I guess I'm almost over all my trouble and I really appreciate all the help u are offering me.

That's Open Source !
