[jwt-dev] Committers: Project lead election

Hi Marc, all,

thanks for the hint. I've changed the entries to reflect the de-facto
status, although I currently I'm not officially co-project lead (Wayne
informed me that this should be done separately from the project move).

According to
http://www.eclipse.org/projects/dev_process/development_process.php#4_6_Lead
ers a vote must be held in the project's mailing list which is the reason
for this mail:

If you are a committer on JWT and you don't have objections that I replace
former co-lead Florian Lautenbacher (who in the mean time left the
University of Augsburg but will stay committer on JWT), then please reply
with +1.

Regards,
Chris
