Hi Stephane,
thanks for your info. Yes, I got the same mail but it seems I missed the
part with the deadline :-) Anyways, I updated the project plan and the
metadata, so we should be fine.
Hope to see you at Eclipse Summit again!?

I saw this deadline in an email sent on September 2nd by Wayne
(subject: Project Leaders: please update your project plans).
> The Eclipse Board of Directors requires us to put together a Roadmap each
year. As part of this roadmap, we require project plans in the standardized
project plan format [1].
