Hi Chris,
I adapted the sentence about version 0.6 as you put it.
Concerning the logos: since they belong to other organizations, we would
probably need some legal notice at the end when we want to use them (the
BPMN-logo is a trademark of the OMG, etc.). I'm not even sure if we would not
already need some legal notices since we say something about BPMN, XPDL and jPDL
(even without showing their logos). I'm not an IP expert, so if the others think
that puting these logos would not be a problem, then I can add them in order to
motivate JWT some more.
Regards,
Florian
Hi
all,
I
think the N&N document captures very well the basics and the recent changes
of JWT. If there aren’t any additional requirements (e.g. things that everyone
else has on their N&N and we don’t) I would think that we could leave it at
this?
For
the short version of the review slides, I think we just need to add the views
and aspects to the 0.6 improvements (e.g. “This release (version 0.6) covers
several bugfixes and improvements to the Workflow Editor, additional Views, the
possibility to enrich the meta-model with custom elements, new Transformations
and new code in the Runtime component.”) Maybe we could put the logos
representing the many different bpm standards from the eclipsecon presentation
on the intro page?
Regards,
Chris

Review, N&N
I started working on
the New&Noteworthy document. In order to easier work together, I created a
Wiki page [1] which includes already the structure and first content. Please
feel free to add, change or remove anything there. Once we know whether we need
to have an HTML file or whether a wiki page is enough, I will probably adapt it
to HTML.
Since in my opinion
we already have the long version of the release review slides finished (please
find my latest version attached), I started also with a short version of the
slides as requested by Wayne. This shall as a maximum contain 4 slides. There is
still some space in my version of the slides that we can fill. Please feel free
to add things and send the slides in a new version back
again.
Once we have the
summary slides finished, too, I will send both to EMO (latest by Friday, but as
Wayne has mentioned: the earlier, the better).
Thanks for your
support and best regards,
