Hi Chris,
I agree that it is not a good sign if we show "Report a
bug" in the area "New to JWT" - this looks like people will immediatelly get
some errors once they start working with JWT (which of course is not the case!
*g*).
Concerning the components: I had them in the main text at
the top first, but this made the list displayed there quite long, which is why I
removed them from here, created a new components page and added all these
components to the left menu. As this is quite common at other projects I think
that people will easily spot which components we can offer (and they can find
more information on these pages).

everyone, very
nice, I think the layout makes it much easier to find information and get an
overview on the project (although Im still not a fan of the new purple theme
color chosen by Eclipse). It would be great if we could have some kind of logo
on the intro page like EMF, GEF etc. Its a pity that the gears idea is
already taken by STP. For
the content, Ive got a small suggestion concerning the New to JWT box on the
right side. I think the links grouped there dont really match this topic
(someone new to JWT will probably not want to immediately report a bug). Maybe
we could rename the title to something more general and put there additional
things that may be of interest to the first time or occasional visitor (as
opposed to the Getting started links on the left side). Also,
what would you think about putting links to the components directly in the main
text at the top (along with a short description like EMF does)

all, as discussed in the
last telco [1], I now switched the design of our website to the Nova theme. This
required many changes of the current pages and I tried to adapt them, so people
will hopefully find it easier to understand what JWT is
for. Currently, there is
still a loooong text at "About JWT" that comes still from the project proposal
that I would like to remove at some time, adding some images, flash movies, etc,
in order to make it much better. If you have any ideas or would like to write
some text for this area, please let me know. Also, if you find
some mistakes, wrong links, etc., don't hesitate to contact
me. Best
