[jwt-dev] Integration update site back to work

Hi all,

The JWT integration update site [1] seems to be back to work today.
Why does it work now?
* We do not sign Orbit bundles any more, it avoids signing issues, 
especially with Xalan [2]
* download.eclipse.org is not so busy as the last few days. [3]
* Maybe... a slash added to the site.xml enable the use of mirrors (but 
I'm not sure)

Feel free to try the latest bug fixes on Ganymede using this latest build!
