Marc Dutoo has declared that Alain Boulze (aboulze) is an active committer
on this project.  The reason for this declaration is:

I mark Alain as an active committer because he has worked numerous times to
promote JWT as a innovative technology to the european industry, notably in
the field of european and french research-to-industry projects, like in the
SOA/SCA-themed SCOrWare project, but as STP PMC as well.
