Hi Matt,
you're right, we tried to send failed build mails to the jubula-dev mailing list. We have never seen one of the mails and to my knowledge never noticed a bounced mail.
If this is easy to "fix" please do so. Otherwise we'll remove the entry from the hudson jobs.
