Hello,
I'm doing some work on distributed git server and interested in the implement of jgit-ketch system.

Since ketch was an unfinished experiment it was deleted. Hence you need to dig in the history of the jgit repository to find it.

It seems that JGit repository can't be found on GitHub since last week. Where can I get new updates of the jgit project or it is not open source anymore?

The repository on Github was a mirror of the original JGit repository which is hosted on Eclipse's Gerrit Code Review server [1].
Apparently the Eclipse webmaster decided that mirrors aren't required anymore without announcing that to the projects [2] :-(
