[jgit-dev] test the release candidate 3.5 rc1

I tagged the first release candidate 3.5 rc1.

You may install it from the following update sites

JGit and EGit:

http://download.eclipse.org/egit/staging/v3.5.0.201409071800-rc1

The JGit Maven artefacts are also available on Maven Central.

EGit Mylyn Github connector:

http://download.eclipse.org/egit/github/staging/v3.5.0.201409071800-rc1

Please test the release candidate and file bugs for any problems you find.
