[jgit-dev] maintenance release 3.3.1

I am going to create a maintenance release 3.3.1 end of this week since we have to fix a couple of issues raised by static code checks in order to pass an internal process gate so that we can use 3.3 in a product. If you have fixes you want to add for 3.3.1 push them to the stable-3.3 branch.
