I pushed the bits out and JGit 0.12 is now out the door (including the
Maven repository), thanks everyone!

The next release will be 1.0 and development will need to ramp down in
late May and early June due to Eclipse IP deadlines for the Indigo
release: http://eclipse.org/indigo/
