Since 0.9 is officially out the door, we should create bugzilla
milestones for 0.10:
 - 0.10-M1
 - 0.10-M2
 - 0.10-M3

We'll shoot to release 0.10 in early December before everyone
disappears on holiday. There's part of me considering spinning
something earlier for Eclipse Summit Europe if we get pull and rebase
support in time for the confernece, but we can discuss that on the
mailing list.

I created the 0.10 milestones in Bugzilla for EGit and JGit

and updated the planned releases in the portal.
