[jgit-dev] jsch version 0.1.37 missing in maven central

Could you help us to get jsch version 0.1.37 into maven central ?

Currently it's available in Eclipse orbit but not in maven central.

This leads to an odd situation in the jgit build we have to reference

0.1.41 since that's the one available in maven central but our

runtime dependency requires 0.1.37 only.
